Montai began in St. Petersburg, Florida. We design high‑touch mat Pilates gatherings for women who care about how they spend their hours — slow, weighted mornings in a luxury atmosphere, set in collaboration with the houses we'd choose in our own lives.
Intimate by intention. Every room is curated and kept deliberately small — never crowded — so the afternoon stays close, considered, and entirely yours. One room at a time. Arriving in Sarasota this June.
